District Councillor for the Worth Valley
Russell lives in Oakworth.
Russell has been a councillor in Worth Valley since a by-election in November 2010. Russell successfully put himself forward for election in 2012, 2016, and 2020.
Russell's priorities are:
- To build on the skills I have developed over my time as a Councillor
- To further develop multi agency solutions which involve residents
- To try to engage a wider range of residents, particularly younger people in politics
