The sink hole on Victoria Avenue

Councillor Rebecca Poulsen has criticised Yorkshire Water over their lack of action to repair a sink hole in Haworth.

She said:

"I am so annoyed that Yorkshire Water have still not repaired the sink hole on Victoria Avenue.  It is right on the bend so hard to see in advance.  The traffic cone has been hit and damaged so it is incredibly dangerous to suddenly come across it in the middle of the road.

"I’ve chased this again through their complaints office and taken more photographs to send them as they said it may be hard to locate!!!

"Really not good enough.  Please take care when going up and down Mytholmes Lane and Providence Lane as it is in the middle of the road opposite the playground."
